Alisha Marshall of Walla Walla to Begin Summer Internship

Alisha Marshall of Walla Walla, Wash. recently received a Whitman Internship Grant in order to pursue a summer internship at the Tri-State Steelheaders.

This grant provides Whitman students with a stipend of $2300 so that they have the opportunity to participate in an unpaid internship that will allow them to build important skills for the future and to give back to the community around them.

Next year Marshall will be returning to Whitman as a senior biology-environmental studies major.
